Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

  • You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return or refund on in-store products. Custom service orders are non-refundable once production begins.

In-Store Products (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Mugs, Caps, etc.)

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact. You’ll need proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards, downloads, or software
  • Perishable goods or hazardous materials
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

Processing Returns

Submit a return request within 30 days via our Help Center or email contact@w88primewear.com. Include your order number, what you’re returning, and the reason.

We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

Return Shipping Costs

You pay for return shipping unless the return is our fault (wrong item, defective, or damaged). We recommend using a trackable method.

If we made the error, we cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days of inspection. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

If you haven’t received it after 7 days, check with your bank or credit card company first, then contact us.

Partial Refunds

We may issue a partial refund if the product shows signs of wear, is missing parts, or was returned after 30 days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective items. Contact us before returning so we can arrange a replacement.

Store Credit Option

Gifts sent directly to you can be exchanged for store credit instead of a refund. If the original buyer placed the order, any refund goes to them.

Custom Service Orders (Screen Printing, Embroidery, etc.)

These Are Non-Refundable

Custom service orders are non-refundable once production begins. This includes Screen Printing, Embroidery, Heat Transfer, Leather Engraving, DTF, Sublimation, Signs/Decals, and Custom Digitization.

How We Protect You

Before we start work, we always get your approval on the design, colors, placement, and all details. This is your chance to review everything and request changes at no extra cost. Once you approve, we move to production.

If You Change Your Mind

If you want to cancel before we start production, contact us immediately. Cancellations after 3:00 PM on the production day may incur rush or setup fees.

Garment-Specific Terms

If you selected a garment we recommended against and the result doesn’t meet your expectations, we cannot offer a refund or reprint. We always guide customers toward the best choice based on fabric type and design, but final results depend on material behavior.

Customer-Supplied Items

If you supply your own garments or materials (shirts, leather, mugs, etc.), we don’t provide replacements for items lost, damaged, or with production issues. We always recommend supplying extra pieces to account for unforeseen handling.

Apparel Returns (All Apparel Products)

What We Accept

Apparel returns should include original tags and be unworn and unwashed. Items with wear, damage, or alterations are not eligible.

Because return rates for apparel are naturally high, we may adjust this policy in the future to manage sustainability.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email contact@w88primewear.com or use our Help Center.
  2. Include your order number, what you’re returning, and why.
  3. We’ll send you return instructions and a shipping address.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll confirm approval.
  5. Approved refunds process within 7 business days.

What You Get Back

After approval, you can choose either:

  • Refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit for future purchases
  • Exchange for a different item (defective items only)
