Where Files Are Stored

Uploaded design files and artwork are stored in secured folders outside the public website. Only you and our team can access them during production.

Final digitized or completed files are stored in /wp-content/uploads/completed-digitization/ and are accessible via Download Monitor only after payment is confirmed.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Personal data and files are retained for up to 60 days after order completion to ensure proper file handoff and customer access. After 60 days, files are deleted or anonymized unless you request an extension.

Custom service files (design files, artwork, specifications) follow the same 60-day retention, allowing adequate time for revisions, reprints, or future reference.

Your Access

You can download your completed files at any time while they’re stored. If you need files after 60 days, contact us and we can extend access or archive them.

8. Your Rights

If you are an EU or California resident, you have the right to:
