Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview & Timeframe

  • You have 30 calendar days from delivery date to request a return or refund.

  • After 30 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

  • Provide proof of purchase (order number or email).

  • Refunds or exchanges are not accepted for:

    • Custom or digitized services

    • Gift cards, downloads, or software

    • Perishable goods, hazardous materials, or intimate products

    • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

3. Returns for Customized or Made-to-Order Gear

  • Customized items (e.g., custom vectorized shirts or digitized designs) are non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Please do not return such items without contacting support first. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender at your cost

4. Partial Refund Conditions

Partial refunds may be issued if the product:

  • Shows clear signs of wear.

  • Is missing parts or original packaging.

  • Was returned later than the 30‑day window.

Refund & Processing

  • Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear based on your bank/card issuer.

  • If you haven’t received your refund, first check with your bank or credit card provider, then get in touch with us at contact@w88primewear.com.

6. Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Exchanges are accepted only for defective items.

  • Contact us at contact@w88primewear.com before returning.

  • Gifts sent directly to you are eligible for store credit, not a direct refund. If the giver ordered directly, any refund will be issued to them.

7. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method—we cannot guarantee receipt otherwise.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless handled by us.

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we cover the cost of return shipping, including replacements or refunds.

  • If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Standard shipping fees are not refunded in these cases.

  • Original shipping costs are rarely refunded—even with free shipping on the order, return shipping is still deducted unless there’s a fault.

8. Special Considerations for Apparel

  • Apparel returns should include original tags.

  • Items worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.

  • As return rates for apparel are high (~40%), we may introduce policies to manage abuse (e.g. return fees or limits) in the future.

9. How to Initiate a Return

  • Include your order number, what you are returning, and reason.

  • Support will provide return instructions and address details.

10. Store Refund Policy & Exchange Process

  • If approved, we’ll provide return postage instructions.

  • Once received and approved, we’ll issue either:

    • Store credit/exchange based on product type
