Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Free Shipping on Products

Eligibility:
Orders of $35 or more (subtotal before taxes & discounts) qualify for Free Standard Shipping on in-store products within the U.S.
In-store products include: T-Shirts, Hoodies, Crewnecks, Caps, Tote Bags, and Mugs.
Service Orders Excluded Free shipping does NOT apply to custom service orders, including:

  • Screen Printing
  • Embroidery
  • Heat Transfer
  • Leather Engraving
  • DTF (Direct-to-Film)
  • Sublimation
  • Sign/Decal
  • Custom Digitization & Vectorization

Service orders are quoted separately with shipping costs included in your final quote.

Coverage

  • U.S. domestic only
  • Free shipping applies only to outbound delivery; return shipping is not free unless the return is due to our error

Processing Free shipping orders ship within 5–7 business days after order confirmation.

Order Modifications If an order falls below $35 due to changes, cancellations, or refunds, standard shipping charges will
apply and you’ll be re-invoiced for the difference.

2. Boston Local $2 Delivery

Coverage Area Boston-area and nearby Massachusetts regions (54 ZIP codes including downtown Boston, Cambridge,
Somerville, Brookline, Newton, and surrounding suburbs).

Cost Flat $2 shipping charge for all products and orders within the Boston Local zone.

How It Works Enter your ZIP code at checkout—if you’re in our delivery area, you’ll automatically see the $2 Boston Local Delivery
option available.

Applies To Both in-store products and service orders shipped to Boston-area addresses.

3. Standard Domestic Shipping

  • Orders not eligible for free shipping are charged based on product weight and destination zone using USPS or UPS.
    Shipping costs vary by:

    • Product type and weight
    • Destination ZIP code
    • Carrier availability

    You’ll see the calculated shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

4. Next Day Delivery (Services Only)

  • Eligibility

    • In-stock items only
    • Service orders (screen printing, sublimation, DTF) with 25+ available units per day
    • Small screen printing orders under 12 pieces may qualify with a rush surcharge

    Order Cut-Off Time For same-day processing, service orders must be fully paid and
    confirmed by 3:00 PM (GMT−4 / UTC−4). Orders received after this time are processed
    the next business day.

    Refund Policy Next Day Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the delay is due to our
    processing error.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Cancellations or modifications are not accepted after 3:00 PM on the processing day.
  • Standard shipping refunds follow our general Refund & Returns Policy.
  • Service order cancellations may incur fees depending on production status.

6. Shipping Guarantees & Lost Packages

  • We deliver with care, but we do not guarantee delivery times. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged package claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery date
  • Customers are responsible for filing claims related to carrier delays; carrier insurance may apply

7. International & Special Destinations

  • Free & expedited shipping options are only available to U.S. addresses
  • International orders incur customs and duties fees, which must be paid by the customer before delivery
