Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Free Shipping

Eligibility
Orders of $75 or more (subtotal before taxes & discounts) qualify for Free Standard Shipping in the U.S.
“Free shipping applies only to outbound delivery. Return shipping is not free unless the return is due to our error.”

Exclusions

  • U.S. domestic only; excludes international and expedited shipping

  • Services and custom digitization orders not included

Processing
Free shipping orders ship within 5–7 business days after artwork approval and order confirmation.

Order Modifications
If an order falls below $75 due to changes, cancellations, or refunds, it will be charged the standard shipping rate and re-invoiced.

2. Next Day Delivery

2.1 Eligibility

  • In-Stock Items Only: Products with at least 25 units per day available

  • Eligible Methods: Sublimation and DTF orders qualify

  • Screen Printing Exception: Small screen printing orders (under 12 pieces) may qualify with a rush surcharge

2.2 Order Cut-Off Time
For same-day shipping, orders must be fully paid and confirmed by 3:00 PM (GMT‑4 / UTC‑4). Orders after this time are processed the next business day.
Using later cut-off times can boost customer satisfaction while reducing cart abandonment based on industry analysis on order cut-off strategy.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Next Day Delivery fees are non‑refundable, unless delayed due to processing error on our part

  • Cancellations or modifications are not accepted after 3:00 PM on the processing day, as described above

  • Standard shipping refunds follow our general refund policy

4. Shipping Guarantees & Lost Packages

  • While we deliver with care, We do not guarantee delivery times. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged package claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery date

  • Customers are responsible for filing any claims related to carrier delay (carrier insurance may apply)

5. International & Special Destinations

  • Free & expedited shipping options are only available to U.S. addresses

  • International orders incur customs and duties fees, which must be paid by the customer before delivery
