Screen Printing Policies
- Minimum Order Requirements: A minimum of 12 items is required for screen printing orders. If the customer requests fewer than 12 pieces, we recommend using DTF (Direct to Film) or sublimation printing. If the customer still prefers screen printing for fewer than 12 items, an extra fee will be applied.
- Turnaround Time: Standard production time is 7-10 business days after design approval and payment. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
- Artwork Submission: Customers must submit high-resolution vector files (.ai, .eps, or .pdf). Additional charges may apply for design adjustments or file conversions.
- Color Options: We work with standard colors. If your work requires special colors (e.g., glitter or metallic) or mixed inks to match your design, an additional fee will be charged.
- Approval Process: A digital proof will be provided for approval before printing. Production will not begin until the proof is approved.
- Revisions: One round of revisions to the digital proof is included. This covers minor adjustments such as color changes, resizing, or repositioning. Any additional revisions after the first round may incur extra fees.
- Refunds/Exchanges: Custom printed items are non-refundable unless there is a defect in the printing. Defective products must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
